Between 1996 and 2000, we have restored all the glass windows of the Notre Dame de Fourvière’s basilica.

The architect who was in charge of those works was Marie-Françoise Bonnard. The restoration works were launched by the Fourvière’s association.
For this construction work, we have followed all last recommendations of the research laboratory for historic buildings. The choir openings have been protected by stainless steel grilles.

Fourvière used to represent : 9 scaffolding levels, electric cradles, more than 500 square meters of analysed, controlled and

restored stained glass windows… and a few glasses of Beaujolais wine to be able to forget the vertigo on windy days !
